Do you remember the day when you decided that you were not good enough?? Do you remember the day when you internalized the voices of negativity that surround you? If you do, why did it hold so much weight? Why do you still believe those thoughts? Have you not grown? Have you not changed? Have you not developed an appreciation for each individualizing difference that makes you so magical? Did you actually stop, think, and try and answer those questions?? Or did you just skim over them quickly to proceed with this post? (Be honest, God’s watching) If you didn’t, you should probably re-read it, because it pertains most to you. Leaving these vital questions unanswered represents the neglect we have when identifying the origin of the problem we have with self love. It’s not about what others say about you, It’s about how you let what others say affect you. There is not one person in this word, who doesn’t have anything negative said about them. But there are several people who have learned to not let the external opinions of others control the way they feel about themselves. There are people who have taken the power out of outward judgments, and learned to love themselves limitlessly. So I encourage you to let it all hang out! Be your most vulnerable, naked self. Appreciate all your flaws, use your mistakes as learning experiences, and rock the wisdom you gain with confidence. Love yourself……because at the end of the day, there is only one you.
